TEAM STORE INFORMATION
Why should I use an online team store?
- Avoid the hassle of collecting money and gear orders. Let the online store do the work for you!
- Team stores can be used as a fundraising tool for your team or club
- We recommend using an online store for teams that will have 15 or more orders per item (for small orders, we recommend completing offline).
How does a team store work?
- Establish items and packages for your online store as well as pricing
- Work with our team on your custom designs
- Determine a window in which your team store will be open to purchase gear (we recommend 1-2 weeks)
- Share the team store link and timeframe for ordering with athletes, parents, alumni and fans!
- All payments are processed and orders collected through the online page
- Once the team store window closes, items will go into the production phase together (production time is 3-5 weeks)
- Gear will be separated and shipped to you for distribution or parents have the option to select flat rate shipping and have the items shipped directly to their homes

- Our team store window will close on ________. Please ensure all orders are placed by this date!
- All orders for the team store go into production together as a group once the team's window for ordering has closed
- Production time is 3-5 weeks. Remember these are custom orders!
- Please be sure to review the size chart as returns and exchanges are not possible on custom orders
- If you are ordering a singlet that should be female cut, please be sure to note this in the customer notes section
- You have two options for shipping at checkout:
- Option 1 - Free shipping (gear is shipped to coach for distribution)
- Option 2 -USPS OR UPS shipping - Order is shipped to address you provide
